How to use: Follow the enclosed illustrated directions to apply the three step treatment. Step 1 and Step 2 are applied for 1-2 minutes each and Step 3 works like a comforting mask for 20-30 minutes. USE ONCE A WEEK ONLY. Do not use on skin that is prone to extreme redness, rashes, and skin that is sensitive to more "active treatments"; Do not use if you are currently using a prescription product on your face.
