Lovely light coconut/minty scent. Very nourishing for the feet - especially over the winter. Thick, consistency so warm a little in the hands (you'll feel it magically warm up) and rub in all over the foot, concentrating on the heels. It's a little bit greasy but I don't mind it. I don't use anything else on my footsies!
