Burt's Bees believe that what's not in their products is as important as what is. Certain synthetic ingredients, like phthalates, petrolatum and DMDM Hydantoin, should never be used in any personal care products labelled "natural."

Burt's Bees are renowned for scouring the earth to find the most natural, effective ingredients to put in their products. They use only natural colours in their people-care products. As far as fragrance goes, they use it only when necessary, and it is always phthalate-free.

Burt's Bees manufactures their products with natural ingredients using minimal processing such as distillation/condensation, extraction/steamed distillation/pressure cooking and hydrolysis to maintain the purity of those ingredients. This is probably the best lip balm I have ever used!
This product has a lovely smell, a bit pepperminty. Doesn’t leave annoying white ring around lips like other products. left my lips soft and smooth, leaves lips moisturised for a long time before you need to re-apply.
I would recommend you buy the stick rather than the tub, because the tub is slightly difficult to apply.

I'd been using different kind of lip balm (even bought some for around £68 from a very famous brand) and always had complain why still my lips are dry & crack. Just few weeks back I found this and I'm very happy with this product. Buy it and enjoy smooth, cool, soothing.

I just want to say that I'm so thrilled to discover Burt's Bees products because it's literally the ONLY stuff that stops my lips from cracking and keeps them lovely and soft. I think the shimmers are also wonderful but I do wish there was a mattish red of sorts in lipsticks...maybe you could talk to Bert about making one?
