This is the best cleanser I have ever used, for dry, sensitive skin and as a gentle makeup remover. It can be used with a damp or dry cotton wool pad or lightly rubbed on a moist face and washed off with warm water if you prefer to cleanse this way. It has a refreshing scent of lemon and roses and a little goes a long way.
