Apply to palm and lather before massaging over the whole body and rinsing. Alternatively, pour liberally into your bath under warm running water for a deep therapeutic soak.

I was really looking forward to using this, but I can only rate it as average and I think its a bit expensive to be only average. I like the smell, quite earthy and sharp but I find I need to use a lot to get any kind of lather. I don't think I live in a particularly hard water area, because I have no problem with other organic shower gels
