Did you know...

Extreme cold and hot water temperatures can strip your skin of its natural measure. As a rule of thumb, you shouldn't wash your face with either hot or cold water. Bringing your skin into contact with water that is too hot or too cold may cause aggravation or outbreaks.

Shop sensitive skin

  • Avoid abrasive scrubs/brushes/loofahs
  • Avoid extreme hot and cold water temperatures, this strips your skin of natural moisture
  • Avoid steaming/icing your skin
  • Avoid chlorinated water - if you go swimming, have a shower afterwards and moisturise
  • High sun exposure, which exacerbate redness. Make sure you wear hats/glasses/sun cream

Look out for these ingredients...

Advice for anyone with sensitive skin

  • Start with a basic routine and stick to it religiously, slowly try one new product at a time so you can eliminate products or ingredients which are causing sensitivity
  • Accept that it’s ok to have a simple, yet effective skincare routine. There are so many products on the market, it’s too tempting to use products we don't need
  • Don’t forget makeup has lots of preservatives and chemicals in it, be aware of nasty ingredients within your makeup too
  • Try to have a few makeup free days a week or at least remove make up when you get home so your face can breathe
