One of the main causes of puffy eyes is water retention and the best way to flush out excess water in your body is to simply drink more water while also reducing the amount of salt you eat. Fluid retention may be worse in the morning, which can contribute to those pesky bags when you wake up! Keep your eye cream/gel in the fridge to really cool the eye area and reduce the puffiness.

Eye bags & Puffiness

  • Puffy eyes can be caused by many different factors, however the main contributors are stress, too many salty foods, stress & lack of sleep. Products can help you along the way but trying to cut down these outside factors will really help
  • Eye bags may be a result of the skin around your eyes being dragged whilst applying products, simple changes to the way you apply eye products may really help
  • Use your ring finger to apply eye products, and use a gentle patting motion rather a sweeping motion to apply the product to your skin
  • Only use a rice grain amount. Less is more with your eyes, many products use minute molecules so they can be absorbed into the skin. If you use too much product, this may cause more puffiness to the delicate area
