Don't just cover it...do something about it at the same time. With Enlighten Concealer, you can do just that. The ultimate concealer for very dark circles, hyper-pigmentation and bruising. Contains two lightening ingredients, licorice and arbutin. Extracted from the bearberry leaf, arbutin is a skin de-pigmentation and whitening agent; it also protects the skin against damage caused by free radicals. Arbutin is well-tolerated by the skin, does not cause irritation and has no known toxicity or side effects.

No review left, Masuda from Singapore just rated this a 5 star product.
If you're looking for something with coverage, this isn't it. It's just an orange wash of color that can take the ashy edge off pigment spots when applied under a more covering concealer. That said, for me this is a perfect cream blush for low-key makeup days (and I don't normally do cream blushes as I have oily skin). My pigment spots are in areas where I would apply blush anyway, so this is perfect since it contains depigmentation ingredients.
