I have fine, coloured hair which I wash everyday. I have used this treatment twice now after using Joico K Pak chelating shampoo. It leaves my hair supple, full of body and looking vibrant. I would definitely recommend this treatment. It compliments the K Pak Color Treatment Shampoo and Conditioner wonderfully. As to the service, it was my first order with Bath and Unwind. My order arrived on time and securely packaged - truly first class service. Needless to say, I have just placed my second order. Thank you Bath and Unwind.
This new addition to the K-pak family is a great time saver for those who still want to get that legendary K-pak rejuvenating power without having to layer on another moisture treatment.
I have very straight East Asian hair but it is usually double or even triple processed - permanent colour, highlights/bleached with fancy colour and/or one of these new perms, but no daily need for heat styling.
In the past, I would mix a portion of the K-pak protein treatment and K-pak hydrating treatment and apply it during the 4-step process. It works well if you have little time but still need to get that protein treatment in. However, I always felt like I am wasting the goodness of a longer K-pak only treatment.
When this came out I felt I had to try it. Bought a 50ml of this recently and it was almost exactly like when I mix the two treatments in the shower, except with less fumbling and more accuracy.
It is a very good product for post chemical work without the hassle. I would recommend using this 2x a week and use the kpak treatment 2x a month if you have highly processed hair. If your hair isn't super processed, this alone may be sufficient.
