This was a bday present for my boyfriend and he has said that it is the best scrub he has ever used. It is quite expensive but a little goes a long way. It makes your skin tingle for ages afterwards and you don't need any cream or oil on after you have had a bath/shower. Highly recommend

my skin is very soft after applying this scrub. But it can cause some scratch on your skin so you need to be carefull. The peppermint oil really wakes you up!
