The History Of Korres

The Korres Homeopathic Pharmacy on 8 Eratosthenous & Ivikou St (behind Athensancient Panathinaikon Stadium, where the first Olympic Games in history took place) is the first Homeopathic Pharmacy in Greece. Still maintaining a traditional laboratory for all forms of herbal preparations i.e. tinctures, oils, creams, capsules and teas, the pharmacy is also equipped with a state-of-the-art production unit for the manufacturing of homeopathic remedies. The Korres pharmacy produces unlimited customised homeopathic remedies according to doctors prescriptions.

What is Homeopathy?

Homeopathy is a system of medicine based on the law of similars.It aims to strengthen the human organism by stimulating its defence system and, to this end, it uses mostly natural substances diluted to infinitesimal doses. It treats the ailing individual as an integrated unit by considering not only the symptoms that have brought him or her to the doctor's surgery, but also all of his or her spiritual, mental and physical functions. This results not just in the cure of the symptoms but also in strengthening the patient's entire system. I have very pale skin and normally burn very easily but since using this product I have not burnt once and recommend it to everyone.

This product is excellent especially when travelling to warmer climates. Since discovering Korres sunscreen products I wouldn't dream of travelling to Greece without it. Using Korres, I am at last free from the unsightly red rash which always used to appear on my lower legs when using other sunscreen brands. I love Korres, I am able to build up a healthy looking tan, and know that my skin is protected.
