The anti-dark spot solution
Featuring a highly concentrated patented formula called viniferine, which Caudalie claim to be 62% more effective than vitamin C, it evens the skin tone and brightens, leaving you feeling more radiant and youthful.
Viniferine, dubbed 'the dark spot brightener', is extracted from the sap from grapevine stalks and has been used by winemakers for many years to remove dark spots on the hands and face. After extensive research, Caudalie effectively isolated viniferine from the sap to add as a key ingredient to their Vinoperfect range, due to its ability to regulate the enzyme responsible for over producing melanin, which can cause discolouration.
It also contains olive squalane; olive despite being derived from olive oil, doesn't have an oily base, and squalane which naturally occurs in the sebum our skin produces, bind together to soften the skin, making it more elastic and protect against moisture loss.
