Description
A soft texture gel eyeliner with a rich, deep pigment for a dramatic look. Once dry, delilah Gel Line Long Wear Eyeliner is waterproof and smudge resistant.
Use to line lids or waterline for a bold look, or perfect those cat eye flicks with a liner brush. Dermatologically tested; never tested on animals. Vegan friendly and paraben free.
To ensure the longevity of this product, ensure that the white protector is present in the top of the lid for a secure, airtight seal. Once opened, best used within 6 months.
Directions For Use
Dip the tip of a liner brush into the pot, covering both sides of the brush head. Apply carefully to the lash line and work as quickly as possible before the product dries. For a more dramatic look, apply inside the waterline.
