How to use Guam FIR Slimming Patches x 8
- Apply to dry, clean skin on the abdomen/waist
- Remove protective film and smooth over the skin
- Leave for 8 hours
- Carefully remove the patch without using water and dispose
- For best results use twice a week
- Always ensure the packet is sealed to prevent new patches from drying out
- Can be use morning, evening or overnight, but do not exceed the 8 hours
- Note - some heat and tingling in the area is normal, always wash hands after use and do not apply to broken skin
- Not suitable for use during pregnancy or on sensitive skin
