How to use Milk_shake integrity intensive treatment

Distribute over clean, damp hair, massage.
Leave in for 3 to 5 minutes, comb through, then rinse.
For very damaged hair, cover hair with a plastic cap and leave in for 5 minutes under a heat source.
Leave to cool, then rinse.
