About Weleda Arnica Muscle Soak
Designed to help soothe the body and mind, this arnica based muscle soak helps to lift the feeling of tiredness and fatigue.
Combining arnica, birch leaves, rosemary and lavender essential oils, it reduces muscular aches and pains, and aids in the relief of swelling and bruising. It also encourages recovery after exercising or over-exertion.
Suitable for vegans.
Directions For Use
Shake the bottle before use. Pour 2-3 capfuls into running water to disperse the bath milk. After bathing dry gently with a soft towel and relax in a warm room. Not recommended for children under 3 years of age.
