Why we love New CID
New CID is the UK's leading makeover company, founded in 2005 by Clive and Kelly Colman. It is a premium colour-cosmetic range, designed by a team of professional makeup artists to provide wearable shades for everyone, with easy-to-apply formulas and handy applicators for minimal hassle. Director, Kelly Colman explains, "The aim was to create range that simplified make-up application".
Why they were specially selected
New CID aims to de-mystify makeup, with products that will flatter anybody.
Created in various premium New CID studios around the country, Kelly listened to hundreds of New CID makeup artists sharing insights that they have picked up from making up real women. These women felt that make-up shopping could be overwhelming with too many 'fashion-lead' shades which aren't always wearable or easy to apply.
New CID Cosmetics formed and unveiled to fill that gap in the market. Today it is still shaped by the experience of those makeup artists. Bath & Unwind is pleased to offer this premium brand to our customers.
Why New CID is the best at what they do
As a result of New CID's professional team constantly passing on their expert knowledge and insider tips, New CID is able to keep abreast of the products that customers really need and want to see - constantly offering new formulas and products from real demands.
Loved by celebrities and the press, New CID's range takes the anxiety out of selecting makeup by presenting thoroughly researched and usable products.
Our hero product
Our New CID hero product has to be the bestselling i - prime Foundation Primer. It not only improves the appearance of the skin but allows foundation to glide on perfectly and stay on all day - even in those tricky areas prone to oiliness. i - prime is a lightweight serum that sinks in quickly to allow seamless makeup application.
To ensure foundation glides on smoothly, first moisturise the face then apply i -prime to the forehead, cheeks, nose and tip of chin. Finish by applying foundation or powder in smooth strokes and blend with a brush or fingertips.
